No appointment needed.

• If under 18, bring your Blue Course Completion Card, Certified Birth Certificate and Social Security Card. Laminated Documents will not be accepted.
• If over 18, bring your Certified Birth Certificate and Social Security Card. Laminated Documents will not be accepted.
• If transferring an Out-Of-State License, bring a Certified Birth Certificate, Any/All Certified Name Change Documents (If there are any), Social Security Card and Out-Of-State License. Laminated Documents will not be accepted.
